Starting all over again...

So! It's been a tough and weird couple of years and last year didn't really work out as planned. The 'healthy thing' stopped and I went back to my old ways, putting that weight back on. One amazing thing I *did* do last year is to stop smoking on the 6th of February which means I'm in a better place to start being healthy again now that exercising will be easier. I'm 2 1/2 weeks away from being a whole year since I smoked! To celebrate, this year I'm giving up my daily can of coke zero!  I think each year I will come up with an unhealthy habit I'd like to change for spring...
After a rubbish year and a foody Christmas, I weigh 16stone 3lb, or 227 lb. New goals needed!

- 5lbs = 12stone 7lbs / 177 (50lbs lost)
- 4lbs = 12 stone 3lbs / 172lbs (4 stone lost)
- 3lbs = 12 stone / 169lbs
-2lbs = 11 stone 9lbs / 167 (60lbs lost)
- 8lbs = 11 stone 4lbs / 159lbs (Healthy BMI of 25)
-2lbs = 11 stone 2lb / 157lbs (70lbs / 5 stone lost)
